Also called American Light, this is the style we are all familiar with. There are many commercial versions. This kit honors the American brewing tradition of 100 years ago. This is good American beer the way it should be.

Also called Continental Light or Pilsner. This fine all-malt style is typical of many northern European beers. Light gold in color, well-hopped but balanced with a malty aftertaste, well carbonated with a rich, creamy head.

This is the dark version of European Lager. This beer style is known for its great body and the flavor of dark malt and grain. The color is very dark brown with a light tan cream head. The malt is balanced with high quality European hops.
	Honey Cream Ale Price: $39.95 Quantity in Basket:  none
Stronger than traditional American beers, but it is light in color and well-carbonated. Granulated Honey and top quality hops produce and enjoyable, pleasant, and balanced beer. The blend of malt, honey, and hops makes this beer a great experience.

Also called Weizenbier its brewed from 2/3 wheat and 1/3 barley malt. It is lightly hopped, well carbonated, and light in body. The color is light gold with a creamy white head. Great as a refreshing drink in warm weather, known for its crisp flavor. Now includes Safale Wheat beer yeast!

This is a favorite. Brewed in the German style from wheat and barley malt, but we also add granulated honey to add a delicious honey character. The beer is lightly hopped and light in body, light amber in color with a creamy white head.
	German Oktoberfest Price: $40.95 Quantity in Basket:  none
This is Germany's festival beer. Light amber with a creamy white head, rich and malty, mild in flavor. This beer is nicely balanced with traditional top quality "Noble" hops. This fine beer is always a favorite.
	Maple Beer Price: $45.95 Quantity in Basket:  none
This is not a traditional beer style, this is a Home Brewery creation. Amber in color, this rich, smooth beer has a unique touch of Maple flavor. Nicely balanced with some brand new microbrewery ale hop varieties, this is good stuff.

This is the famous beer style of Ireland. This Dry Stout is black in color with a brown creamy head, and is very full-bodied. It is rich in malt and assertively hopped. The malty body, balanced with bitterness, give this beer a slight hint of sweetness.

This is the best American Pale Ale we know of. It has won best of show in home brew competitions, straight out of the box. Blended malt extracts and top quality bittering, flavoring and aromatic hops make this a great beer!

This is the world's most popular beer style. This beer is light copper colored, well hopped with a hint of sweetness for balance. Homebrewers make more Pale Ale than any other kind of beer, and this is a very enjoyable style.

This is a great recipe, with good color and just a hint of roasted grain flavor complimenting the traditional hop combination. Malty and Hoppy, this is a very good ale.
	Scots Brown Ale Price: $39.95 Quantity in Basket:  none
This is the rich, malty brew of Scotland, with much more color, flavor, and body than Pale Ale. Full malt flavor and aroma, with just a hit of hops and residual sweet finish. This hearty beer is one of the oldest beer styles in the world.

This is a traditional American style. It is much lighter in body than German Bock, but it's often darker in color. Top quality malt and premium hops balance in this beer to make it a very enjoyable drinking experience.

This was a very popular beer in early England. It is a black ale, but unlike Stout, it is not made with Roasted Barley. Modern homebrewing has saved this fine beer style from extinction. Black, rich, and malty with a great flavor.

This beer has a rich malty flavor enhanced by dark grains and granulated honey. All this is balanced with a combination of top quality hops. This kit produces a wonderful beer great for enjoying with friends.
	Bavarian Bock Price: $48.95 Quantity in Basket:  none
This is a traditional German Helles Bock, amber in color, strong in alcohol with very malty character. Hop bitterness is low, and offsets the sweetness of the malt. Bock beer is traditionally brewed Munich.

This classic home brew style has been a favorite of home brewers for years. Malty, with a nutty taste balanced by some amazing hops, it's one of our very favorites.
	Barley Wine Price: $89.95 Quantity in Basket:  none
This is, by definition, the strongest beer style. There are no firm rules about what goes in a Barleywine, so long as there is a lot of it! This brew will be good two months after bottling, but for the very best quality age it for at least a year. It's worth the wait!
